This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is between LLMLayer Company LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("LLMLayer," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the person or entity using our services ("you" or "your").
YOU MUST CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT TO USE OUR SERVICES. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy at llmlayer.ai/privacy, you cannot use our Services.
LLMLayer provides API infrastructure for AI agents, including:
Search across multiple content types (general, news, scholar, images, videos, shopping)
Extract website content in multiple formats (markdown, HTML, PDF, screenshots)
Extract text from PDFs and YouTube transcripts
Generate AI-powered responses using language models from third-party providers (OpenAI)
LLMLayer does not store, retain, or log the content of your API requests or responses beyond the time necessary to process and deliver them. We do not maintain databases of:
We do not use any data from your API requests to train, improve, or develop machine learning models, language models, or any other AI systems. Your data is never used for our internal development or sold to third parties.
We retain only minimal operational metadata for billing and abuse prevention:
When using the Answer API, your requests are processed by third-party LLM providers (OpenAI). Each provider has their own data policies. We recommend reviewing each provider's data usage policies.
The Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We may experience downtime, interruptions, or service degradation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time.

All model provider integrations are managed by LLMLayer. You access all supported models through your single LLMLayer API key — no external provider keys required.
We may modify, deprecate, or change API endpoints, parameters, or responses. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice for breaking changes when possible.
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have authority to enter this Agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Services by law.
You represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful. You must maintain the accuracy of your account information.

Fees exclude taxes. You're responsible for applicable taxes (except those on our net income).
All charges are final and non-refundable except billing errors or if we permanently discontinue the Services (prorated unused credits).
Non-payment may result in immediate suspension or termination.
We implement rate limits to ensure quality. See docs.llmlayer.ai for current limits.
You agree to reasonable, good-faith usage. We may limit abusive or excessive patterns.
The Services, including software, APIs, docs, and marks, are owned by LLMLayer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services; this ends when processing completes.
Scraped content is subject to original owners' rights. Ensure compliance with copyright and site terms.
Feedback may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or quality of search results, scraped content, document extracts, or AI-generated responses.
We are not responsible for third-party providers' availability, accuracy, or data practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR THREE MONTHS OR (B) $100 USD.
These limitations apply regardless of theory and are fundamental to this Agreement.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LLMLayer harmless from claims arising from your use, violations, or content.
You may terminate by ceasing use and deleting keys; contact support to close your account. We may suspend/terminate for violation, abuse, non-payment, or at our discretion.
Governing law: Wyoming. Venue: Sheridan County. Class actions waived. Changes may occur with notice for material updates. Other standard provisions apply.
BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
